My Review of the Canon TS-E 45mm f/2.8
What is a Tilt Shift Lens Anyway? The tilt shift s a specialty lens that allows you to alter the “normal” plane of focus that’s usually in an image. By comparison, a traditional lens has a slice of focus at some point between the camera and infinity, and that slice of focus is usually where your intended subject lies. On the contrary, a Tilt shift lens allows you to do some very non-traditional things with the plane of focus as you can move a TS-E lens along 3 axis.
The creative possibilities are limitless, but how does it perform? Let's have a look!
